Abstract
Teorinėje dalyje apibūdinama logistinės veiklos samprata ir esmė įvairių autorių požiūriu. Apžvelgiama logistinės veiklos svarba šalies ekonomikoje ir apibūdinami logistinės veiklos organizavimo ypatumai. Analitinėje dalyje pateikiama įmonės charakteristika ir tyrimo metodika, analizuojami tyrimo rezultatai ir nustatomos įmonės veiklos organizavimo probleminės sritys. Projektinėje dalyje pateikiami UAB „Barsukas“ veiklos organizavimo tobulinimo sprendimai.
