Abstract
Darbas sudarytas iš trijų dalių. Pirmoje dalyje analizuoajama logistikos, sandėliavimo samprata, taip pat atsargų valdymas ir atsargų valdymo modeliai teoriniu aspektu. Antroje darbo dalyje pristatoma įmonė UAB „Agrokoncernas“. Analizuojama esama situacija SSGG ir PEST analizėmis, taip pat analizuojama prognozių (plano-fakto) neatitikimai. Trečioje darbo dalyje pateikti siūlymai atsargų prognozių (plano-fakto) neatitikimo mažinimui.
Description
The work consists of three parts. The first part analyzes the concept of logistics, storage, as well as stock management and stock management models from a theoretical point of view. In the second part of the work the company UAB „Agrokoncernas“ is presented. The current situation in SWOT and PEST analyzes, also forecast (plan-fact) discrepancies. The third part of the thesis contains suggestions for reducing the mismatch between stock forecasts (plan-fact).
