| dc.description | The object of the paper – Automation of apple pulp gas dryer The purpose of the paper – Automate gas dryer according to technical task. The tasks of the paper: 1. Analyse a gas apple pulp dryer. 2. Select the appropriate automation components to automate the gas dryer. 3. Create a system operation algorithm. 4. Create a program to run the entire process. 5. Create project visualization for more convenient use. 6. Design electrical wiring diagrams together with the panel. 7. Perform an economic analysis of the gas dryer. 8. Provide human safety rules at the facility. The results of the paper. A program for the whole process has been created, electrical connection diagrams have been designed together with the panel. Selected suitable automation components for gas dryer. Created project visualization for more convenient use. The volume of the paper. The paper includes 66 pages, 17 tables, 52 illustrations, 9 literature sources and 2 appendixes. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | Darbo objektas – Obuolių išspaudų dujinės džiovyklos automatizavimas. Darbo tikslas – automatizuoti dujinę džiovyklą pagal techninę užduoti. Darbo uždaviniai: 1. Išanalizuoti dujinę obuolių išspaudų džiovyklą. 2. Pasirinkti tinkamus automatikos komponentus dujinei džiovyklai automatizuoti. 3. Sukurti sistemos veikimo algoritmą. 4. Sukurti programą visam procesui vykdyti. 5. Sukurti projekto vizualizacija patogesniam naudojimui. 6. Suprojektuoti elektrinių sujungimo schemas kartu su skydu. 7. Atlikti dujinės džiovyklos ekonominę analinę. 8. Pateikti žmogaus saugos taisykles objekte. Darbo rezultatai. Sukurta programa visam procesui vykdyti, suprojektuotos ir nubraižytos elektrinių sujungimų schemos tai pat nubraižytas skydo bendras vaizdas. Pasirinkti automatikos komponentai dujinei džiovyklai.
