dc.descriptionThe aim of the professional BA thesis. After analysing the possibilities of EU financing, to submit a project to improve the activities of UAB “Spaustukas”. Objectives of the professional BA thesis: 1. to describe the improvement of companies' activities on the basis of EU funding from a theoretical point of view; 2. to evaluate the project activities in UAB “Spaustukas”; 3. to submit a project to improve the company’s performance. Methods of the professional BA thesis. Scientific theoretical and other sources of information analysis and summary, company analysis, questionnaires and interview have been used in this research. The structure. The first part of the work describes the possibilities of improving the company's performance using EU funding from a theoretical point of view. The second part of the work presents the characteristics of UAB “Spaustukas”, research methodology, analyses the application form for the EU funding. The third part of the work focuses on three alternative possibilities for improving the activities of UAB “Spaustukas” with the support of EU funds.en_US
dc.description.abstractDarbo tikslas. Išanalizavus ES finansavimo galimybes, pateikti UAB „Spaustukas“ veiklos gerinimo projektą. Darbo metodai. Mokslinės teorinės ir kitų informacijos šaltinių analizė, sisteminimas ir apibendrinimas, įmonės duomenų analizė, anketinės apklausos bei interviu. Darbo struktūra. Pirmoje darbo dalyje apibūdinamos įmonės veiklos gerinimo galimybės, panaudojant ES finansavimą, teoriniu aspektu. Antroje darbo dalyje pateikiama UAB „Spaustukas“ charakteristika, tyrimo metodika, analizuojama ES fondų finansavimo paraiškos forma. Trečioje darbo dalyje bus pateikiamos trys alternatyvios UAB „Spaustukas“ veiklos gerinimo, pasinaudojant ES fondų parama, galimybės.en_US
