| dc.description | This final work describes and analyzes the colorful parts sorting line, which ensures safe operation. The introduction describes and defines the problems, the purpose and tasks of the work. Further, the analytical part defines the main criteria for sorting systems, and analyzes other sorting lines. In the design part is presented a description of the technical system. Moreover there is description of the automatization and electrical conduit schemes. Also in design part is a list of tasks for the controller, the controller is selected, configuration is presented, the management algorithm is created and the program presented. Final chapters of this final paper present the economical calculations and describe the requirements of human safety. | en |
| dc.description.abstract | Šiame baigiamajame darbe aprašoma ir analizuojama spalvotų detalių rūšiavimo linija užtikrinanti saugų darbą. Įvade aprašomos ir apibrėžiamos problemos, darbo tikslas ir uždaviniai. Toliau analitinėje dalyje apibrėžiami pagrindiniai rūšiavimo sistemų kriterijai bei analizuojamos kitos rūšiavimo sistemos. Projektinėje dalyje aprašomos automatizavimo ir elektrinių sujungimų schemos, sudaromas programuojamo loginio valdikio užduočių sąrašas, parenkamas valdiklis, sudaromas valdymo algoritmas ir pateikiama programa. Ekonominėje dalyje apskaičiuojamos projekto sąnaudos bei įgyvendinimo trukmė. Žmogaus saugos dalyje apžvelgiami žmogaus saugos reikalavimai objekte. | en_US |
