Abstract
Pirmojoje, teorinėje baigiamojo dalyje atlikta logistikos tiekimo grandinės ir procesų valdymo teorinė analizė. Antrojoje, analitinėje baigiamojo darbo dalyje analizuojami AB „Achema“ logistikos procesai bei atliekamas jų brandos vertinimas. Pasiūlymai, tobulinimo kryptys bus pateikiami projektinėje baigiamojo darbo dalyje.
Description
The first theoretical part of the final theoretical analysis of logistics supply chain and process management was performed. The second, analytical part of the final work analyzes the logistics processes of AB ,,Achema” and evaluates their maturity. Proposals and directions for improvement will be presented in the final part of the final work.
