| dc.description | The aim of the professional BA thesis. To identify the possibilities of improvement after analyzing and evaluating the production process in the “Enerstena” group of companies. Objectives of the professional BA thesis. 1. to analyze the production process from the theoretical point of view; 2. to examine the organization of the production process in the “Enerstena” group of companies; 3. to provide opportunities for organizational improvement in the “Enerstena” group of companies. Methods of the professional BA thesis. Scientific literature analysis, questionnaire survey, interview method, graphical data representation, document analysis have been applied in the research. The structure. The first part analyzes the organization of the production process from the theoretical point of view, the second part presents the research of the production process in the “Enerstena” group of companies and its results, the third part focuses on the proposals of the production process improvement in the “Enerstena” group of companies. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | Darbo tikslas – išanalizavus ir įvertinus „Enerstenos“ įmonių grupės gamybos procesą, numatyti jo tobulinimo galimybes. Darbo uždaviniai: 1. Išanalizuoti gamybos procesą teoriniu aspektu; 2. Išnagrinėti „Enerstenos“ įmonių grupės gamybos proceso organizavimą; 3. Numatyti organizavimo tobulinimo galimybes „Enerstenos“ įmonių grupėje. Darbo metodai – mokslinė literatūros analizė, anketinė apklausa, interviu metodas, grafinis duomenų vaizdavimas, dokumentų analizė. Darbo struktūra – pirmoje dalyje analizuojama gamybos proceso organizavimas teoriniu aspektu, antroje dalyje pateikiama „Enerstenos“ įmonių grupės gamybos proceso tyrimas ir jo rezultatai, trečioje dalyje pateikiama „Enerstenos“ įmonių grupės gamybos proceso gerinimo pasiūlymai. | en_US |
