After evaluating the peculiarities of work organization from the theoretical point of view and UAB Alevista, to propose measures to improve work organization in the company. Research methods. Analysis of scientific literature and other sources of information, questionnaire, interview. The structure of the professional BA thesis. The thesis consists of three parts. The theoretical part describes the concept of work organization from the point of view of scientists, presents the importance and principles of work organization process, discusses the methods of effective work organization. The analytical part of the work describes the activities of the company Alevista, presents the research methodology, research results and their analysis. The project part presents and substantiates the possibilities of improving work organization of the company. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | Darbo tikslas. Įvertinus darbo organizavimo ypatumus teoriniu aspektu ir UAB „Alevista“, pasiūlyti priemones darbo organizavimui bendrovėje gerinti. Darbo objektas. UAB „Alevista“ darbo organizavimas. Darbo metodai. Mokslinės literatūros bei kitų informacijos šaltinių analizė, anketinė apklausa, interviu. Darbo struktūra. Profesinio bakalauro baigiamąjį darbą sudaro trys dalys. Teorinėje dalyje apibūdinama darbo organizavimo samprata mokslininkų, tyrėjų požiūriu, pateikiama darbo organizavimo proceso svarba bei principai, aptariami produktyvaus darbo organizavimo metodai. Analitinėje darbo dalyje apibūdinama bendrovės „Alevista“ veikla, pateikiama tyrimo metodologija bei tyrimo rezultatai ir jų analizė. Projektinėje dalyje pateikiamos ir pagrindžiamos įmonės darbo organizavimo tobulinimo galimybės. | en_US |
