The first chapter explains the definition of self-defence and its historical aspects. The second chapter studies the exceeding legal bounds of self-defence, its legal regulation, detailed analysis of conditions and qualification of self-defence. | dc.description.abstract | Darbo tikslas. Išanalizuoti būtinosios ginties ribų peržengimo problemas. Darbo metodai. Profesiniame bakalauro baigiamajame darbe buvo naudojami: lyginamasis, lingvistinis ir loginis metodai. Darbo struktūra. Baigiamąjį darbą sudaro trys skyriai. Pirmame darbo skyriuje aiškinama būtinosios ginties sąvoka, jos istorinė raida. Antrame darbo skyriuje, būtinosios ginties ribų peržengimo sąvoka, teisinis reglamentavimas, detaliai analizuojama būtinosios ginties sąlygos ir kvalifikacija.
