| dc.description | The relevance of the topic: stress is a permanent social worker attendant. Designed to expose the social work of correction experience of working at home working stress factors, to analyse and evaluate various occupational risk factors for the practical resolution of the social work. Objective: to determine the levels of stress factors in the social worker's profession. The study object: Social workers working in a correctional home for levels of stress factors. The question of the study: Stress factors as docial workers with a profession? Use the methods: analysis of scientific literature and legal documents, a quantitative test: a questionnairebased survey developed and implemented by the statistical survey data analysis. The findings of the study: the social worker's job is daunting and very responsible. An exaggerated sense of responsibility increase nervous tension, thus decreasing performance, deteriorating health. Social workers often feel graužatį, because it has many incomplete works. They are constantly thinking about what it must do, what should I do, what I could do. In view of the fact that the consequences of social workers in the delivery of perceptible improvements of stress influence on working with clients, both in their physical and psychological condition and their overall performance, it is very important to take concrete practical measures to facilitate the to prevent stress, working in social work. | en |
