Teorinėje dalyje aptariama personalo valdymo samprata, personalo planavimas, paieška atranka bei adaptacija, personalo mokymas bei kvalifikacijos kėlimas, karjeros galimybės ir jos vystymas, personalo veiklos vertinimas bei personalo motyvavimas.
