dc.description.abstractTeorinėje darbo dalyje pristatomos krovinių gabenimo konteineriais tobulinimo galimybės teoriniu aspektu, analitinėje dalyje atliktas UAB „Kesko Senukai Lithiania“ vidinės bei išorinės aplinkos analizės ir kokybinis empirinis tyrimas, projektinėje dalyje pateikiami pasiūlymai įmonės procesų tobulinimui. Darbo problema. Paskirties uoste sutrumpėjus nemokamam konteinerių sandėliavimo dienų skaičiui, padaugėjo konteinerių, kuriuos vėluojama išvežti per 7 dienų laikotarpį. Todėl pagal sezono paklausą vėluojama laiku pristatyti prekes į parduotuves, įmonei tenka susimokėti dideles sumas padengti prastovų išlaidoms Darbo tikslas. Identifikavus krovinių gabenimo konteineriais problemą mokslinės literatūros, įmonės vidinės bei išorinės analizes metu bei pasitelkus kokybinį tyrimą, pateikti sprendimus ir siūlymus procesų tobulinimui.en_US
