Description of the professional BA thesis: in this thesis is presented employee adaptation theoretical aspects, investigated the employee adaptation process of UAB SDG and suggestions for employee adaptation process improvement. The main problem: UAB SDG employee adaptation process takes long time, not everyone new employee got the same adaptation process methods of organization. The insufficient adaptation process may provoke employee desire to change workplace. It causes additional costs; therefore it is important to understand the adaptation process importance and connection with organizational performance results. The aim: to identify adaptation process limitations of UAB SDG, submitting proposals to improve the adaptation process in the company. Objectives: 1. To describe the theoretical aspects of the adaptation process; 2. To identify the peculiarities of the adaptation process UAB SDG; 3. To present the improvement possibilities of the adaptation process UAB SDG. Methods: analysis and synthesis of scientific theoretical literature and other information sources, descriptive, inductive, deductive, questionnaire, deep interview, graphic representation. The structure: the theoretical part presents the theoretical aspects of the employees adaptation process: concept, course, determining factors. The analytical part contains information about the company, the research process and the results obtained. The project part presents the possibilities improving the adaptation process in UAB SDG, taking into account the results of the research obtained in the analytical part and the main problems of the process. It is to pay more attention to training mentors, scheduled staff, mentor and direct manager meetings, providing the most effective feedback, regularly presenting the employee with an assessment of his performance, taking into account the expected duration of the adaptation period, and setting up programs of varying length of adaptation. The work consists of 52 pages, 4 tables, 17 pictures, 21 reference and sources of information, 1 appendix.en
dc.description.abstractBaigiamojo darbo tikslas: darbuotojų adaptacijos proceso teorinių aspektų analizė, tyrimas, apimantis UAB „SDG“ darbuotojų adaptacijos proceso ypatumus bei siūlymų pateikimas adaptacinio proceso tobulinimui. Darbuotojų adaptacijos procesas – svarbus kiekvienai organizacijai, kadangi sėkmingai į organizacijos veiklą įtraukiamas darbuotojas yra labiau įsipareigojęs, lojalus. Tai užtikrina geresnius organizacijos veiklos rezultatus.en_US
