| dc.description | The theoretical part of the final work discusses the approach of various authors to the concept of logistics and transportation, the organization and implementation of cargo transportation processes. The methods of cargo transportation, types of cargo, the importance of loading and cargo securing are analyzed. Also, the process of transporting partial loads. The second part presents the analysis of the company's activities, qualitative research and discusses the results of the research. The third part of the work presents the possibilities of organizing and developing the company's activities. The main problem – available resources of the company not used, the customers are not offered a full package of services, and the vehicle is idle. The aim – To analyze the business processes of Transporto įmonės UAB and offer business development opportunities. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | Teorinėje baigiamojo darbo dalyje aptariamas įvairių autorių požiūris į logistikos ir transportavimo sampratą, krovinių transportavimo procesų organizavimą, vykdymą. Analizuojami krovinių transportavimo būdai, krovinių rūšys, krovos ir krovinio tvirtinimo svarba. Taip pat dalinių krovinių pervežimo procesas. Antrojoje dalyje pateikiama įmonės veiklos analizė, kokybinis tyrimas ir aptariami atlikto tyrimo rezultatai. Trečiojoje darbo dalyje pateikiamos įmonės veiklos organizavimo ir plėtros galimybės. Darbo problema – neišnaudojami įmonės turimi resursai, klientams nesiūlomas pilnas teikiamų paslaugų paketas, be darbo stovinčios transporto priemonės. Darbo tikslas - Išanalizuoti UAB „Transporto įmonė“ veiklos procesus ir pasiūlyti veiklos plėtros galimybes. | en_US |
