| dc.description | The structure: the final thesis consists of an introduction, three chapters, and conclusions. The first chapter consists of a theoretical part which analyzes the concepts and types of adaptation. The stages of adaptation and the main behavioral norm in the organization during the period of adaptation are described. Methods and factors of adaptation are presented. The analytical part of the work describes the methodology and organization of the research. The results of the research and their analysis are also presented. The third chapter consists of a part which describes the possibilities for improving the adaptation of employees. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | Darbo struktūra: baigiamąjį darbą sudaro įvadas, teorinė, analitinė, projektinė dalys ir išvados. Teorinėje dalyje analizuojamos adaptacijos sąvokos ir rūšys. Apibūdinami adaptacijos etapai bei pagrindinės asmens elgesio normos organizacijoje adaptacijos periodu. Pateikiami adaptacijos metodai ir veiksniai. Analitinėje darbo dalyje aprašoma tyrimo metodika ir organizavimas. Taip pat pateikiami gauti tyrimo rezultatai bei jų analizė. Projektinėje dalyje aprašomos darbuotojų adaptacijos gerinimo galimybės. | en_US |
