| dc.description | Laura Paleckytė (study program of Dental Technology) has finished her graduation thesis “Comparative evaluation of acrylic and thermoplastic plastics”. Work manager: lecturer Audrius Kavaliauskas. Kaunas college, medicine faculty, oral health department, Kaunas; 2018. Purpose of the graduation thesis – determine the similarities and differences between the polished thermoplastic and acrylic plastics. Work tasks: 1. To describe acrylic and thermoplastic plastics properties. 2. Determine the acrylic and thermoplastic plastics polishing features, achieving maximum result. Work object: Acrylic and thermoplastic plastics comparative evaluations, taking in account polishing time and quality. In the final work the analysis of scientific and professional literature on thermoplastic and acrylic plastics was carried out. Two lower jaw prosthetics were made while using “Bredent” Breflex 2 thermoplastic, also “Kulzer” Meliodent heat cure acrylic plastic. | en |
