Description of the (professional BA thesis) - the companies that provide the services, it is important that their customers remain satisfied with the quality of the service received. Therefore, the continuous improvement of the quality of service is one of the main factors helping to keep loyal customers and meet their expectations. The quality of these times, society has become very important and receive the services consumers want to receive them in a timely manner, high-quality and meet their needs. The main problem of the (professional BA thesis) – bad delivery time for UAB „Baltic logistic solutions“ customers. The aim of the (professional BA thesis) – to find out how UAB „Baltic logistic solutions“ clients value the quality of their services. Objectives of the (professional BA thesis): analysis of scientific and literary sources, SWOT analysis, analysis of questionnaire survey and its results. Methods of the (professional BA thesis) - The theoretical part presents the description, analysis and analysis of service features, service quality and logistics concepts based on scientific sources and scientific articles. The analytical part contains the characteristics of the company, the description of the chosen research method, the assessment of the company's service quality analysis, and the results of the questionnaire survey and their summarization. The project part presents proposals that will help to improve the services and quality of UAB "Baltic logistic solutions". The structure – after analyzing scientific sources and scientific articles, the services, quality of service, qualities of services, quality, quality models, concepts of logistics and their application in practice are explained. The analysis of the questionnaire has revealed the main problems that exist in the company and the problems that customers face. The results/conclusions – UAB “Baltic Logistic Solutions” will help to maintain existing employees and promote their loyalty to the company, as well as to properly organize teamwork so that it will proceed productively and improve the quality of provided services, and will encourage customers to remain loyal and continue to use the services provided by the company. The work consists of 51 pages, 9 tables, 21 pictures, 25 references and sources of information, 1 appendices.en
dc.description.abstractBaigiamojo darbo teorinėje dalyje pateiktos paslaugos, paslaugos savybių, paslaugos kokybės, kokybės, kokybės modelių bei logistikos sampratų aprašymas bei analizavimas remiantis moksliniais šaltiniais bei moksliniais straipsniais. Analitinėje dalyje pateikta įmonės charakteristika, pasirinkto tyrimo metodo aprašymas, įmonės paslaugų kokybės analizės vertinimas, bei pateikti anketinės apklausos rezultatai ir jų apibendrinimas. Projektinėje dalyje pateikiami pasiūlymai, kurie padės tobulinti UAB „Baltic logistic solutions“ teikiamas paslaugas bei jų kokybę.en_US
