| dc.description | The thesis consists of three parts. The first part analyzes the child's legal position in international and national legal systems. The fundamental rights of the child, which ensure the maintenance of family autonomy, are investigated. The second part deals with the main parental responsibilities of the child, the reasons for the restriction of parental authority and the legal consequences and the stages of taking the child from the family. The third part examines the role of the state institutions, which carry out the child's removal from the family, and the influence of the used interventions on the child's well-being. Because the separation of a child involves many procedural steps, the cases of child custody / care are also analyzed. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | Baigiamąjį darbą sudaro trys dalys. Pirmoje dalyje analizuojama vaiko teisinė padėtis tarptautinėje ir nacionalinėje teisės sistemose. Ištiriamos pagrindinės vaiko teisės, kurios užtikrina šeimos autonomijos išsaugojimą. Antroje dalyje nagrinėjamos pagrindinės tėvų pareigos vaiko atžvilgiu, tėvų valdžios apribojimo priežastys ir teisinės pasekmės bei vaiko paėmimo iš šeimos vykdymo etapai. Trečioje dalyje tiriamas valstybės institucijų, kurios vykdo vaiko paėmimą iš šeimos, vaidmuo ir jų naudojamos intervencijos įtaka vaiko gerovei. Kadangi vaiko atskyrimas apima daug procesinių veiksmų, kartu analizuojami ir vaiko globos (rūpybos) nustatymo atvejai. | en_US |
