The paper provides a theoretical overview of career opportunities, explanations of key concepts, and the activities carried out by the company. The data of the survey of employees of "Dainava" restaurant of "Premier Restaurants" of the company is analyzed, and suggestions for solving problems are presented. Problem of work: Improvement of Career Opportunities of Employees of the "Dainava" Restaurant, Premier Restaurants of UAB. The aim of the work: To analyze the career opportunities of "Premier Restaurants" in restaurant "Dainava". Working methods: comparative analysis and systematization of scientific literature, questionnaire survey. Results: After summarizing the survey data, we can see that the employees of UAB "Premier Restaurants" restaurant "Dainava" want to pursue a career as there is a very young collective. To improve career, it is suggested to train employees, provide cash prizes, say honors, and collect a monthly worker. Structure of the work: the theoretical part analyzes the career concept, models, types, stages, and career management. In the practical part the company's characteristics, internal environment analysis, management structure are analyzed. The project part, based on the results of the research, provides an analysis of the results of the assessment of the career prospects of the employees, recommendations.
