The methodology of the final paper– to apply LEAN methodology 8D and KAIZEN in the research and in the project parts. The outcomes of the final paper - The design of the product has been improved, the problem has been identified in the towing machine Completeline and solved, technological calculations of the product have been carried out. The conclusions of the final paper- the objective and goals of the final work have been achieved, the main problems have been solved.en_US
dc.description.abstractDarbo tikslas – patobulinti gaminio technologiją ir atlikti skaičiavimus. Išsiaiškinti vieną aktualiausių įmonės problemų ir ją išspręsti. Darbo metodas – tiriamajame dаrbe ir konstrukcinėje dalyje buvo panaudota „LEAN“ metodologija - „8D“ ir „KAIZEN“. Darbo rezultatai – Buvo patobulinta gaminio konstrukcija, rasta ir išspręsta problema prie vilkimo staklių „Completeline“, buvo atlikti gaminio technologiniai skaičiavimai. Darbo išvados – darbe pagrindiniai tikslai ir uždaviniai buvo pasiekti, pagrindinės problemos išspręstos.en_US
