Abstract
Darbą sudaro trys skyriai. Pirmajame skyriuje aptariama asmens privatumo samprata, darbuotojo riba į privatumą darbo vietoje, bei kodėl ir kaip atsiranda darbdavio interesai. Antrajame skyriuje nagrinėjami santykiai tarp darbuotojo ir darbdavio, suderinant darbdavio interesus bei darbuotojo teisę į privatumą, apžvelgiamas darbuotojo asmens duomenų tvarkymas, bei saugojimo ypatumai ir šių teisių pažeidimas. Trečiame skyriuje analizuojamos bylos, kuriose Europos Sąjungos šalyse darbo vietoje buvo padaryti pažeidimai.
Description
The work consists of three parts. The first section discusses the concept of personal privacy, the limit of an employee to privacy in the workplace, and why and how an employer’s interests arise. The second chapter examines the relationship between the employee and the employer, reconciling the interests of the employer and the employee's right to privacy, reviews the processing of the employee's personal data, and the peculiarities of storage and violation of these rights. The third section analyses cases in which workplace offenses have been committed in European Union countries.
