Lietuvos Respublikos viešųjų ir privačių interesų derinimo įstatymu interesų konfliktas
yra situacija, kuomet deklaruojantis asmuo, atlikdamas tarnybines pareigas ar vykdydamas tarnybinį
pavedimą, turi priimti ar dalyvauti priimant sprendimą arba įvykdyti pavedimą, kurie susiję ir su jo
privačiais interesais.
Description
According to the Law on the Coordination of Public and Private Interests of the
Republic of Lithuania, a conflict of interests is a situation when the declaring person, while
performing official duties or performing an official assignment, has to accept or participate in making
a decision or execute an order.
