| dc.description | The theoretical part reviews the transport logistics and the concept of freight transport, the types of freight transport and their advantages and disadvantages, as well as the organization of freight transport and the legal regulation of freight transport on international routes. The analytical part of the work presents the characteristics of the company, the possibilities of cargo transportation development, performing PEST and SWOT analyzes and research material, and discusses the obtained results. In the project part, the calculations of the necessary costs and profit of freight transportation in the new direction are performed. The main problem of the work. Given the current world situation, when Russia declared war on Ukraine, there was a need to restrict the company's activities in the direction of Russia. So, the question arises, what are the possibilities for Egliana, IĮ to expand cargo transportation to other countries? Objectives of work. | dc.description.abstract | Teorinėje dalyje apžvelgiama transporto logistika ir krovinių pervežimo samprata, krovinių transportavimo rūšys bei jų privalumai ir trūkumai, taip pat krovinių pervežimo organizavimas ir krovinių pervežimo tarptautiniais maršrutais teisinis reguliavimas. Analitinėje darbo dalyje pateikiama įmonės charakteristika, krovinių gabenimo plėtros galimybės, atliekant PEST ir SSGG analizes bei tyrimo medžiaga ir aptariami gauti rezultatai. Projektinėje dalyje atliekami krovinių gabenimo nauja kryptimi reikiamų kaštų ir pelno skaičiavimai. Darbo problema. Atsižvelgiant į dabartinę pasaulyje vyraujančią situaciją, kai Rusija paskelbė karą Ukrainai, atsirado poreikis riboti įmonės veiklą Rusijos kryptimi. Tad, kyla klausimas, kokios yra galimybės IĮ „Egliana“ plėsti krovinių gabenimo kryptis į kitas šalis? Darbo tikslas.
