The paper analyzes the image value and opportunities for improvement in the organization, the organization's image, the image formation stages. Image formation means are distinguished because the organization strives to get positive feedback from consumers. Promoting an organization helps to attract more consumers. This topic is worth consideration, because it is important to know the company's strengths and weaknesses in creating the image area, in dealing with weaknesses. It is also important to know the views of users of the company's image because they are the main priority of the company. The main problem – not all companies devote attention in order to improve its image and its development. The aim - to determine consumer attitudes to image and improvement opportunities of UAB BERNELIŲ UŽEIGA. Methods of work: empirical study (questionnaire), descriptive analysis of research results, company data analysis literature and other information sources. Structure. The paper consists of three parts. The theoretical part analyzes the image of the concept, organization image types, development models, reflecting the image of factors, organizational culture, reputation, the interior and exterior of the development and promotion of policy actions and communication. In the analytical part provides the analysis of questionnaire data, statistics, respondents review, visual image creation and opportunities for improvement. Results of work. The company‘s image analysis is presented in the paper, the image factors are described as well as opportunities for strengthening of the image are provided. The results of the questionnaire are summed up. The work consists of 60 pages, 2 table, 27 pictures, 28 sources of information, annex 1 . en
