UAB LINEKSAS is engaged in logistics services, therefore, in order to successfully carry out its activities, clients need to constantly use the services of the company. In order to attract more customers, the company seeks to use one of the components of the marketing complex - Promotion, which is very weak in the company. Therefore, in order to attract more customers and make greater profits, these tools need to be improved.
The main problem - which promotion tools can be used by inviting the clients to choose the company’s UAB LINEKSAS services?
The aim - To provide recommendations of UAB LINEKSAS sales promotion measures based on theoretical decisions and empirical research.
Methods of the work: analysis of scientific literature, benchmarking and systematization methods; the quantitative research method - questionnaire survey was used in the empirical study.
The structure - this paper consists of three parts. The theoretical part deals with marketing communication analysis. In the analytical part of the work, the analysis of the situation of UAB LINEKSAS and the empirical customer opinion survey are presented. In the project part solutions of sales promotion measures are provided.
Short suggestions/ recommendations. It is advisable for the company to choose 4 supporting elements to help increase sales: sales promotion - providing discounts and gifts to customers; advertising means - advertising on the internet, on the vehicles, in the press and on the radio; personal sales - it is planned to hire a specialist who will engage in greater communication with customers. It is important to develop the public relations – of the company in order to improve the company’s image.
The work consists of 50 pages, 23 tables, 22 pictures, 29 references and sources of information, 1 appendice. |
