The main gist, types and goals of financial evaluation will be discussed in this thesis. UAB “Beta” financial results and predictable their meanings in 2018 years will be analysed. The main problem of the professional BA thesis. The company which pays too little attention to their financial evaluation, which shows the real status of their financial status and helps to predict their future results and also to reduce their possible risks. The aim of the professional BA thesis – after analysing the theoretical aspects of financial condition to evaluate UAB “Beta” financial status. Methods of the research professional BA thesis. There are used scientific literature generalization of financial analysis, systemization, comparative and data grouping methods in this thesis. For the research was used company's financial data reports on the basis of which the financial status of the vertical and horizontal and relative indicators analysis methods are evaluated. The structure. The Financial evaluation and the relative indicators which helps to evaluate status of company are used in the theoretical part of this thesis. Financial relations Financial ratios are calculated and evaluated, performed a forecast of company's bankruptcy and its activity forecast for 2018 years in this thesis. The results. After analysing and evaluating the financial results of company UAB “Beta”, it can be predicted, that the main part of company's financial results can be evaluated as contented but the company carries out it is activities efficiently and after performed a forecast of company's bankruptcy it is unlikely to happen. The work consists of 50 pages, 21 tables, 20 figures, 26 references and sources of information, 12 appendices.	en
