In the present work there was an analysed organizational effectiveness of the company. Indicators that are being analyzed, can help properly investigate organizational effectiveness and specify weak and strong sides of the company. All indicators are practicaly applied to investigate Ltd. “Vilniaus viešasis transportas“ organizational effectiveness. According to financial statements of Ltd. “Vilniaus viešasis transportas“ there was an analysed profitability, receivables and payables, cost level indicators, liquidity indicators. Organizational effectiveness can help to analyze different areas of activity and tell which one is sucsessful and which one should be improved. The main problem of the professional BA thesis – organizational effectiveness should be investigated from the first day when the company was established, otherwise there will be poor results in the future. Every company should analyze its own activity and search the best solutions for the best results. The aim of the professional BA thesis – investigate organizational effectiveness of Ltd. “Vilniaus viešasis transportas“. Objectives of the professional BA thesis – Ltd. “Vilniaus viešasis transportas“ financial statements. Methods of the research professional BA thesis – in the present work there are used lithuanian and foreign authors research works and also various research articles. For analysis there was used information from the Ltd. “Vilniaus viešasis transportas“ financial statements. The structure – Financial analysis and organizational effectiveness are being discussed in this theoretical part and also described indicators, which are used to analyze organizational effectiveness. In the practical part, analyzed relative indicators of Ltd. “Vilniaus viešasis transportas“ shows if the company is working efficiently. The work consists of 46 pages, 15 tables, 9 figures, 17 references and sources of information, 11 appendices.	en
