Description of the (professional BA thesis) – Cargo shipment is one of the most important part of companies activities. Cargo shipment optimization will help company save money. The main problem of the (professional BA thesis) – company has its own car for the use of transportation, but UAB „JPE PREKYBA“ doesn’t use it fully and therefore company loses money for maintaining the car. This thesis helps UAB „JPE PREKYBA” find solutions to optimize their cargo transportation. The aim of the (professional BA thesis) – find ways to optimize UAB “JPE PREKYBA” transportation. Objectives of the (professional BA thesis): finding ways to optimize UAB „JPE PREKYBA” transportation. Analyze transportation system in company. Methods of the (professional BA thesis) – analysis of research papers and books, companies cargo transportation analysis, interview. The structure – In the first chapter logistics organization aspects are discussed. In the second chapter – UAB „JPE PREKYBA” analysis is presented, companies processes are analyzed. The type of research is described .In the third chapter – possible solutions are given to optimize companies transportation. The results/conclusions – logistics is one of the most important factor for companies success. Selection of transportation is crucial, for the supply chain. After companies analysis it turned out that company can try to expand to other Lithuanian markets, but it will be hard for the lesser known name and big competition. After the research, it turned out that companies biggest problem is high cost for the delivery and not using the companies car to its full potential. Also there were given 2 possible solutions, to these problems, hiring new driver and signing a contract with cargo delivery company. Short suggestions/recommendations on how to solve the revealed issues worth improving – company should sell its car and sign a contract with UAB “Venipak Lietuva”, UAB „Raben Lietuva”, UAB „Easting Express”. The work consists of 53 pages, 30 tables, 21 pictures, 24 references and sources of information, 2 appendices.	en

Analitinėje dalyje analizuojami įmonės pervežimai, jų trūkumai, atliekamas darbuotojų apklausos tyrimas.
