Inventory management is an important company because it is part of the smooth functioning of the company work. This work is analyzing in the supply chain, inventory management and methods. Which can resolve the negative factors manufacturing company activities. A qualitative study was used at work. Also at work is used methods which make it possible to reduce the negative factors. The main problem of the professional BA thesis - correctly analysed manufacturing company enterprise logistics activities and to find ways of resolving negative factors. The aim of the professional BA thesis - the analyze of the manufacturing company's inventory management and to find a solution how to optimize the company's inventory management and how to adapt the instruments and methods. Objectives of the professional BA thesis: manufacturing company inventory management. Methods of the professional BA thesis - analysis of scientific literature, research qualitative (interviews). The structure - the theoretical part discusses basic concepts, presented by different authors attitudes about inventory management. The second part contains the general information about the company, its activity. As well as an analysis of problematic situations and presents the results of the investigation. The third part presents specific approaches to deal with the negative factors. Also to submit additives. In order to improve the company's inventory management, it is necessary to introduce a new method, which will reduce the negative factors, increase the profits of the company, will can buy new applications and devices, and motivate employees. The work consists of 62 pages, 22 tables, 16 pictures, 32 references and sources of information, 2 appendices.	en

Antroje darbo dalyje yra pateikiama bendra informacija apie įmonę, jos veiklas. Taip pat probleminių situacijų analizė bei pateikiami tyrimo rezultatai. Trečioje dalyje pateikiami konkretūs metodai neigiamiems faktoriams spręsti.	en_US
