The most important issue in today's market is not only to maintain an existing customer, but also to attract new ones who want to work with the company and not its competitors. It is precisely for this reason that it is important to analyze processes, to provide the most efficient service provision, which, by providing, increases the company's incomes, the number of customers, companies become more competitive. The main problem of the professional BA thesis – the conditionally high number of pretentious orders due to negative factors that are defects, cancellations, delays, only partially meet customer needs and reduce the reputation and competitiveness of the company. The aim of the professional BA thesis – to find out the factors that adversely affect the company's transportation process and to propose ways of solving the problems, which will reduce their influence. Objectives of the professional BA thesis: 1. To carry out the analysis of literature of transportation activities and to separate its main aspects. 2. To analyze the measures and methods necessary for organization of transportation activities.. 3. To carry out the analysis of the activities of the company „Dzeta“ UAB, separating negative factors with qualitative and quantitative research methods. 4. Present the conclusions of the research results and solutions for improvement of transportation activities „Dzeta“ UAB. Methods of the professional BA thesis – searching, systematization and analysis of information, finding of solutions of problems, analysis and solutions presentation. The structure – the theoretical part describes the theoretical aspects of the development of transportation activity. The analytical part presents the activities and processes of „Dzeta“ UAB. Practical part describes the change of data after measures to reduce problems in the company and provide the percentages. The results of professional BA thesis - by applying the appropriate measures, the company would received a reduction in the number of pretenzious orders from 50 % to 55 %. The work consists of 59 pages, 9 tables, 15 pictures, 32 references and sources of information, 1 appendices.	en
dc.description.abstract	Baigiamojo darbo teorinėje dalyje aprašyti transportavimo veiklos plėtros galimybių teoriniai aspektai, transportavimo reikšmė logistikoje, priemonės transportavimui, jų įsigijimo galimybės. Analitinėje dalyje pateikiamos įmonės UAB „Dzeta“ veiklos ir procesai, išskirtos didžiausios įmonės problemos, pateikti statistinių duomenų analizės rezultatai, probleminės situacijos ir sprendimo būdai, leidžiantys išspręsti ar sumažinti problemines situacijas įmonėje. Praktinėje dalyje aprašoma 3 pagrindinių problemų, lemiančių didžiausius pretenzinius užsakymus, duomenų pakitimas po priemonių pritaikymo joms sumažinti įmonėje ir pateikti procentiniai skaičiavimai.	en_US
