Mindaugas Samuolaitis, Department of Business Management, Faculty of Management and Economics, Kaunas College. Stock management is an activity that organizes the availability of goods for customers. Stocks allow the company to maintain customer service and logistics activities. Therefore, proper stock management saves money, increases product throughput, reduces inventory levels and increases revenue, improves organizational financial status, and it is worth exploring this topic. The paper discusses theoretical aspects of stock management, analyzes the stock management of UAB „ALG Logistika“ and provides possibilities for improving inventory management. The problem - companies with no stock management systems, due to excessive or low inventory, lose potential sales and reduce profitability. The aim of the work - to analyze the stock management of the company UAB "ALG Logistika" and to submit proposals for the improvement of stock management. Working methods - Scientific literature analysis, analysis of company statistics, analysis of indicators. Structure of the Work - the final thesis consists of three parts. Part one presents theoretical aspects of stock management and analyzes the sources of information. In the second part analyzing stock management of UAB "ALG logistika". The third part presents the results of the research and suggestions for solving the problem. The results of the work - after inventory management literature analysis and company data analysis, analyzed inventory management of UAB „ALG logistika“, as well as offers of inventory management improvement. The calculations made show that the application of the new stock management model would significantly reduce frozen capital. The final bachelor's thesis consists of 51 pages, 18 tables, 10 pictures, 29 literature and information sources, 3 appendices.	en
