dc.description	The relevancy of the topic. Adaptation is described as adaptation to new living conditions. Scientific literature distinguishes between psychological, biological and social adaptations. During the adaptation period, children's health, nervous system functions and behavior are altered. It can take about two months. The problematic issue of this paper is the role of a teacher in ensuring the adaptation of children aged 3 to 4 in pre-school education? The object of this analysis: The role of a teacher in the adaptation of children aged 3 to 4 at a pre-school institution. The aim of this paper - to find out the role of a teacher in the adaptation of children aged 3 to 4 in a pre-school educational institution. Objectives of the analysis: 1. Based on scientific literature, discuss the concept of adaptation, type and factors determining it, adaptation in kindergarten. 2. To find out the role of pedagogue in the process of adaptation of children between 3 and 4 years old in kindergarten. 3. Prepare and describe the educational project. Research methodology: The analysis of scientific literature is intended to define the concept and types of adaptation, to find out the peculiarities of the development of children aged 3 to 4 years, a questionnaire survey, and to find out the role of a pedagogue for the adaptation of children aged 3 to 4 in kindergarten. Summarizing the results of the research, it can be concluded that the role of the teacher in the period of adaptation of children between the ages of 3 and 4 is very important. They apply a variety of working methods, collaborate with parents on the one in which the educational spaces make the adaptation of children as easy as possible. They know the peculiarities of children's development, are able to apply for education according to the age of children. Therefore, interesting educational activities are one of the factors for the child to adapt as quickly as possible to the new environment. The volume of this work: The work consists of three chapters. The first section covers the analysis of various scientific literature. The second chapter is dedicated to the presentation and discussion of research results. The third chapter is devoted to the description of the educational project. The work consists of 48 pages, 4 tables and 13 paintings. 34 different authors' sources were used.	en
dc.description.abstract	Temos aktualumas. Adaptacija yra apibūdinama kaip prisitaikymas prie naujų gyvenimo sąlygų. Mokslinėje literatūroje išskiriamos psichologinė, biologinė bei socialinė adaptacijos. Adaptacijos laikotarpiu pakinta vaikų sveikata, nervų sistemos funkcijos bei sutrinka elgesys. Tai gali užtrukti apie du mėnesius. Probleminis šio darbo klausimas - koks yra pedagogo vaidmuo užtikrinant 3 – 4 metų amžiaus vaikų adaptaciją ikimokyklinio ugdymo įstaigoje? Darbo objektas – pedagogo vaidmuo 3 – 4 metų amžiaus vaikų adaptacijai ikimokyklinėje įstaigoje. Darbo tikslas – išsiaiškinti pedagogo vaidmenį 3 – 4 metų amžiaus vaikų adaptacijai ikimokyklinio ugdymo įstaigoje. Darbo uždaviniai: 1. Remiantis moksline literatūra, aptarti adaptacijos sampratą, rūšis bei ją lemiančius veiksnius, adaptaciją darželyje. 2. Išsiaiškinti pedagogo vaidmenį 3 – 4 metų vaikų adaptacijos procese lopšelyje – darželyje. 3. Parengti edukacinį projektą ir jį aprašyti. Darbo metodai: mokslinės literatūros analizė, skirta apibrėžti adaptacijos sampratą ir rūšis, išsiaiškinti 3 – 4 metų amžiaus vaikų raidos ypatumus, anketinė apklausa, išsiaiškinti pedagogo vaidmenį 3 – 4 metų amžiaus vaikų adaptacijai darželyje. Apibendrinus tyrimo rezultatus, galima daryti išvadą, kad pedagogo vaidmuo 3 – 4 metų amžiaus vaikų adaptacijos laikotarpiu yra labai svarbus. Jie taiko įvairius darbo metodus, bendradarbiauja su tėvais tam, kuria edukacines erdves, kad vaikų adaptacija būtų kuo lengvesnė. Puikiai išmano vaikų raidos ypatumus, sugeba taikyti ugdymą pagal vaikų amžių. Todėl įdomi ugdomoji veikla yra vienas iš veiksnių, kad vaikas kuo greičiau priprastų naujoje aplinkoje. Darbo apimtis. Darbą sudaro trys skyriai. Pirmasis skyrius apima įvairios mokslinės literatūros analizę. Antrasis skyrius skirtas tyrimo rezultatų pateikimui ir jų aptarimui. Trečiasis skyrius skirtas edukacinio projekto aprašymui. Darbą sudaro 48 puslapiai, 4 lentelės ir 13 paveikslų. Buvo panaudoti 34 skirtingi autorių literatūros šaltiniai.	en_US
