Leadership style is the way the manager chooses to direct employees in the right direction in managing their behavior under favorable conditions, so that the efficiency of the activity is guaranteed. As a guide, the style will be chosen by the supervisor, from which will depend on the behavior of the employees and the work and atmosphere at the workplace. The problem with the job is that leadership styles are essentially the choice of a manager, but this choice depends on the style of leadership, the direction in which it will be desired to direct certain works and their performance in the company. Each manager needs to choose a style to manage the company and his team. The aim leadership style assessment of Ltd „Jurbarkų mėsa“ Working methods - analysis of information sources, information search, collection, systematization and synthesis, analysis of scientific literature.
