In today’s highly competitive global marketplace, the pressure on organizations to find new ways to create value and deliver it to their customers grows ever stronger. The increasing need for industry to compete with its products in a global market across cost, quality and service dimensions has given rise to the need to develop more efficient warehousing strategies. Warehousing has come to be recognized as a distinct function with the rise of mass production systems (Kaur ir Batra, 2015). The main problem of the (professional BA thesis) – inappropriate organisation of stock reception for the warehousing at Baltic Fish Export UAB. The aim of the (professional BA thesis) – after analyzing theoretical aspects, organisation of stock reception for the warehousing, make submit proposals for the improvement organization of warehouse at Baltic fish export UAB. Objectives of the (professional BA thesis): 1. Analize theoretical aspects, organisation of stock reception for the warehousing. 2. Make Baltic Fish Export UAB process analysis. 3. Submit proposals for the improvement organization of warehouse at Baltic fish export UAB. Methods of the (professional BA thesis) – Analysis of scientific literature, interview, case analysis. The structure – The work consists of three chapters. The theoretical part deals with the theoretical aspects, organisation of stock reception for the warehousing. The analytical part provided information about the research company and a study to determine the problem. In the project part a proposal was made to solve the problem. The results/conclusions. In order to improve the organization of the warehouse, it is suggested that the company invest in employee training. It would cost 4 760 eur. and apply Lean Six Sigma in your activity. By applying this method, the company will improve the speed and quality of ongoing processes. All this would save 20 000 to 100 000 eur. for the company. The work consists of 46 pages, 5 tables, 17 pictures, 53 references and sources of information, 3 appendices.	en
dc.description.abstract	Baigiamojo darbo teorinėje dalyje aptariama, atsargų priėmimo sandėliavimui organizavimo teoriniai aspektai. Analitinėje dalyje buvo pateikta informacija apie tiriamąją įmonę bei atliktas tyrimas problemai nustatyti. Projektinėje dalyje buvo pateiktas pasiūlymas nustatytai problemai spręsti.	en_US
