Image is an important part of any business in any field and it makes a big impact on future development of any company. The main aims of UAB IMPULS are to supply goods and services of the highest quality at competitive prices, expand in the market and be profitable. However, because of the existing competition in the market, the company cannot afford to lose potential customers due to poor image. So, in order to retain customers and market share, it is very important to create an appropriate image. The aim - to find the tools to improve the company’s image. The main problem - to propose the methods for company’s image improvement based on theoretical image shaping solutions and empirical research. Methods of work. Analysis of the theoretical part of image shaping is based on the method of literary comparison analysis. UAB IMPULS situation is researched using secondary sources. Empirical research was accomplished using quantitative data gathering analysis, namely: questionnaires and data analysis. The structure. The first, theoretical, part analyzes the concept of business image, its intentions, and main types. It describes the possible image creation and management models. The second part focuses on presenting company’s image research. Results analysis indicates that services, provided by UAB IMPULS, are of the highest quality, but are overvalued regarding price. Also, the respondents indicated that the discount system operated in those sports centers is not flexible, which could lead to the loss of business. Respondents also regarded the plans of UAB IMPULS to improve its image and quality of services over one to three years period as unsatisfactory. Overall, the decisive factor for customers choosing a service was the price and it was seen as too high. Taking into account conclusions and problematic parts of this research a plan was created in order to strengthen improve the company’s image. The main aims of improving UAB IMPULS image should be as follows: to update support measures, improve employees’ training. The budget for implementing this strategy is 2 631, 2 euro. dc.description.abstract Šiais laikais, kiekvienai įmonei, vykdančiai bet kokią veiklą, yra svarbus įvaizdis, kuris įtakoja tolimesnę įmonės raidą. UAB „Impuls“ – siekia pateikti aukštos kokybės prekes ir paslaugas atitinkančiomis kainomis, plėsti veiklą, gauti pelną, tačiau vykstant įtemptai konkurencinei kovai tarp kelių svarbiausių konkurentų, kompanija negali prarasti potencialių klientų dėl netinkamo įmonės įvaizdžio. Tam, kad organizacija išlaikytų klientus ir rinkos pozicijas, ypatingai svarbus yra tikslingas įvaizdžio kūrimas. en_US
