The theoretical part of work, the use of scientific literature and online resources, describes the essence and significance of financial performance and forecasting on an enterprise. In a practical section, the horizontal and vertical analysis of profit and loss Statement, and balance sheet accounts in the use of UAB “Sidabrinis voras“. Calculate and analyse the relative ratios of profitability, liquidity, efficiency and financial stability. The indicators were evaluated using theoretical knowledge, scientific literature and comparing with one of the strongest Lithuanian transport and logistics company UAB “Girteka Logistics“ 2016 m. Calculated by the same benchmark. All results and changes are discussed and evaluated in order to deliver quality information to company management about the former, current and future company situation. In a constantly changing market for each company, which is important to progress and to achieve ever-better results, these days, not only are superficial information coming from financial reports, but business leaders increasingly focus on the financial Analysis of the objective and details of the company's state and seeking ways to obtain useful information to facilitate the adoption of fair management decisions. The main job class is to analyse the historical and prospective financial results of UAB “Sidabrinis voras“. Work methods use research literature analysis, analysis of online sources, analysis and forecasting of the financial statements of an enterprise, and comparison with the results of the relative parameters of another enterprise. Working tasks: 1. Analyse the significance of the analysis and forecasting of the financial results and the importance of corporate finance management; 2. To predict the financial results of UAB “Sidabrinis voras“ in 2018; 3. Explore the financial performance of UAB “Sidabrinis voras“. The theoretical study carried out at the workplace is based on the analysis of the scientific literature, analysis of online sources, the selected Lithuanian transport and logistics company “Sidabrinis voras“, used to make analysis in the practical part. A horizontal and vertical analysis of the company's profit (loss) and balance reports 2012-2018, calculated with the company's relative performance and estimated financial statements for the period 2018 years. The visual tools used and the drawn diagrams using the results obtained by the analysis are available. Selected for comparison in Lithuania and Europe, the leading transport and logistics company UAB “Girteka Logistics“ according to 2016 company profit (loss) and balance accounts, calculated relative rates and compared to the practical part of UAB “Sidabrinis voras“ 2012-2018 m. The information analyzed and discussed in a practical part shows the company's strengths and weaknesses, as well as future threats. As a result of the forecast of profit (loss) and balance reports, UAB “Sidabrinis voras“ is seen to have growth in 2018, the performance of the indicators will continue to be significantly better and larger. The company has considerable opportunities and good conditions for continuing to pursue and expect ever-better results. Prospects for the company being analysed are indeed significant and conducive to new and increasing goals. Following the analysis of the financial statements of UAB “Sidabrinis voras“ the vertical and horizontal balance and profit (loss) report shows how the articles grow, their dynamics, the visible improvement of the financial position each year, increasing profits. An analysis of the relative indicators indicates that while the company's profit (loss) and balance sheet reporting grow, but prevailing volatility and indicators fluctuate. In more detail, all the benchmarks are discussed in a practical part that deeprates the causes of change and compares the indicators of the other enterprise. It is advantageous for an undertaking to pay attention to the increase in stocks and to make efforts to exploit them effectively, so as to minimise their maintenance costs, and to have as much equity as possible, rather than borrowed, as well as the greater part of the activity to finance own- Debt. Since there is no likelihood of bankruptcy, it is essential that the company continues to maintain bankruptcy risk, to constantly monitor the financial indicators and market situation, as well as to predict and predict the factors which may create insolvency. It is beneficial for the company to continue to participate in projects and to learn its company by attracting more customers. Atlikta pasirinktos transporto ir logistikos įmonės pelno (nuostolių) ir balanso ataskaitų analizė, apskaičiuoti ir išanalizuoti santykiniai rodikliai bei palyginti su vienos stipriausių transporto ir logistikos įmonės Lietuvoje santykiniais rodikliais. Visi rezultatai ir pokyčiai aptarti bei įvertinti siekiant įmonės vadovybei pateikti kokybišką informaciją apie buvusią, esamą ir būsimą situaciją įmonėje.	en_US
