Pastarojo amžiaus teroro aktų lavina, gąsdina, bei atbaido keliautojus. Saugumas tapo
vienu pagrindinių faktorių renkantis kelionių kryptis, vietas, kurias planuojama aplankyti. Šio darbo tikslas yra išanalizuoti saugumo užtikrinimą viešbutyje Ibis Kaunas Centre. Didelis dėmesys skiriamas ne tik technologinėms saugumo priemonėms, bet ir komunikacinėms, mokymams, bei darbuotojų lavinimui. Darbe svarbu išanalizuoti ir suprasti saugumo savoką, atskirti saugumą nuo saugumo jausmo. Taip pat aiškinamos dažniausiai viešbučių versle kylančios saugumo krizės, bei kitos nesaugios situacijos. Aiškinamasi kaip tų situacijų metu reikėtų elgtis. Aptariami saugumo sistemų diegimai, naujosios tecnologijos, bei kaip jomis reikėtų naudotis. Didelis dėmesys skiriamas darbuotojų mokymo programų analizavimui, bei vykdymui, aiškinamasi, kokie
mokymai ir kokios mokymo priemonės yra veiksmingiausios.
Darbo tiriamosios dalies metodai: apklausa darbuotojams, apklausa svečiams, bei
tiesioginis interviu su viešbučio atsovu. Šie metodai padeda išsiaiškinti svečių bei darbuotojų lūkečius. Interviu metu išsiaiškinamos viešbutyje vykdomos saugumo programos, duomenų apsaugos, bei technikos patikros dažnumai.
Darbą sudaro 58 puslapiai, 9 lentelės, 13 paveikslai, 28 literatūros ir informacijos

Security has become one of the main factors in choosing travel destinations that are planned to visit. The aim of this work is to analyze the security at Ibis Kaunas Center hotel. Much attention is paid not only to technological security measures, but also to communications and staff training. In this work is important to analyze and understand the concept of security, to distinguish security from the feeling of security. Also explanatory the prevailing crisis in the hotel business, as well as other insecure situations. Explains how to deal with these situations. It also discusses the implementation of security systems, new technologies and how they should be used. Much attention is paid to analyzing and executing employee training programs, exploring what training and what training tools are most effective. Tasks of this job: to find out what safety is, how it differs from the feeling of security, to find out what measures can be taken to ensure safety, and to find out what measures at Ibis Kaunas Center hotel provides security, to clarify and analyze the opinions of hotel employees and guests about security in the hotel, to find security gaps and apply them to the Ibis Kaunas Center. Methods of work – survey of employees, survey for guests, and direct interview with hotel representative. These methods help to find out the guest's and staff's expectations. The interviewspurpose is to find out the security programs at hotel, data protection, and the frequency of technicschecking. The study found that the hotel's safety is good enough and meets the set standards, but there is some zones that the improvement of them would bring great satisfaction to the hotel's guests and staff, and it would not cost a lot. Some of that zones are improving communication between employees, training employees, especially in the area of cleanliness, teach the privacy of guests and personal space, and the installation of a safer parking space. Therefore, the offers are very similar to the problems that have been identified, in order to improve the hotel's safety, it is necessary to take into account the comments of guests and staff and to correct them. Scope of the work - the work consists of 58 pages, 9 tables, 13 figures, 25 literature and sources of information.
