Now logistics is a big market. In order to survive, the company must offer something new or improve the quality of its products or services. If organization want to be competitive if organization want to be competitive must develop. This forces you to find new solutions for your products or services. But development is important not only for economic reasons, but also for social reasons. As the company develops, new jobs are created, unemployment is decreasing, and the social situation of the population increases as much as possible. One of the ways of development is the introduction of new directions of transportation. The main problem. UAB „Treka“, in order to remain a competitive company, has to look for expansion possibilities. The aim of the (professional BA thesis). Analyzing the theoretical aspects of enterprise development and assessing the potential of potential markets, recommending a new direction of freight transportation. Objectives of the (professional BA thesis): 1. To analyze the theoretical aspects of the development of logistics enterprises. 2. To assess the internal and external factors of UAB „Treka“ development opportunities. To suggest UAB „Treka“ a new direction of cargo transportation. Methods of the (professional BA thesis) – scientific literature, statistical data, SWOT and PEST analysis, interview. The structure – The first part of the work examines and discusses theoretical aspects of logistics and enterprise development. Also analyze logistics management and its areas, transport logistics and forwarding, as well as present the ways of enterprise development. In the analytical part of the work, the internal and external possibilities of „Treka“ UAB activity development in the Russian and Norwegian markets are analyzed, applying PEST and SWOT methods. In the project part two alternative directions of new transportation to Russia and Norway are evaluated and the most promising, economically advantageous one is recommended. After analyzing internal and external factors, the company is offered to expand it`s activities on the Norway market.
