Of each company main indicator is human recourses. Staffing management should be given special attention because of the company's workforce of employees and their qualification depends on success of the company. The main problem of the (professional BA thesis). Good staffing management determines not only the employees, their willingness to work, their motivation and the goals of life, but also the opportunities that employers provide for the development of their employees. The question arises whether UAB “SRS servisas” manages its personnel efficiently and gives employees the opportunity. The aim of the (professional BA thesis). Analyze aspects of staffing management activities and provide opportunities for improvement UAB "SRS servisas". Methods of the (professional BA thesis). This paper ruses theoretical scientific literature and other sources of information, a questionnaire survey. The structure. This paper consists of 3 chapters. The first chapter deals with the concept and essence of personnel management, the organization of personnel work, the planning of personnel needs, selection of personnel, staff development and the improvement of the working conditions of employees. The second section describes the characteristics of UAB “SRS servisas”, the research methodology is substantiated, the results of the research are analyzed and summarized. In the third section, companies are offered ways and means to improve personnel management. The results/conclusions. It is proposed to organize meetings, in which employees are introduced to the company's goals, values and work results. To prepare qualification training courses and to conduct a study of the microclimate prevailing in the company. The work consists of 47 pages, 15 tables, 15 pictures, 35 references and sources of information, 2 appendices.	en
dc.description.abstract	Šiais laikais darbdaviai pradeda skirti vis daugiau dėmesio savo darbuotojams, jų poreikiams ir darbo pasitenkinimui, nes personalas yra kiekvienos įmonės pagrindas. Šie aspektai yra labai svarbūs toms įmonėms, kurios siekia efektyviai vykdyti savo veiklą, konkuruoti su kitomis įmonėmis, užtikrinti teigiamą įtaką ekonomikos atžvilgiu. Kuriant teigiamą bendrovės klimatą taip yra išlaikomi kvalifikuoti ir savo srities specialistai. Norint tai pasiekti labai svarbu vykdyti efektyvų darbo organizavimą, darbuotojų paiešką, atranką, kad įmonė galėtų rasti tinkamiausią specialistą laisvoms pareigoms, taikant personalo vadybą būtina atsižvelgti ir į darbuotojų ugdymą, tam, kad darbuotojas jaustųsi svarbi įmonės dalis. Siekiant, kad darbuotojai efektyviai dirbtų, siektų įmonės tikslų, būtina atsakingai vykdyti darbuotojų veiklos vertinimą. Tačiau net ir sparčiai tobulėjančiame pasaulyje įmonėse vis dar pastebima nepakankama personalo svarba. Personalo vadybai turi būti skiriamas didelis dėmesys, nes įmonės sėkmės garantas priklauso nuo joje dirbančių asmenų, nuo jų požiūrio į darbą, nuo jų profesionalumo. Todėl būtina atsižvelgti į šiuos aspektus ir tinkamai vykdyti pagrindines personalo vadybos sritis.	en_US
