Analyze UAB “Palink” activities, process management and quantitative research was done to analyze the problem situations. Specific solutions are presented for solving a company problem. The main problem of the (professional BA thesis) - warehouse space lack of influences the warehouse process problems. The aim of the (professional BA thesis) - after analyzing the warehousing processes in the context of logistic activities, theoretically and practically, to submit proposals for the improvement of warehousing processes at UAB “Palink” in Panevėžio Logistics Center. Objectives of the (professional BA thesis): 1. To investigate the warehousing process in the context of logistic activities in a theoretical aspect. 2. Analyzing the peculiarities of UAB Palink warehousing processes to carry out quantitative research. 3. To submit proposals for improvement of the warehousing process at Palink UAB in Panevėžys Logistics Center. Methods of the (professional BA thesis): professional BA thesis, analysis of scientific literature, survey, analysis of documents. The structure. The first part discusses the logic of logistics, process and management concepts. The second part analyzed companies history, activities, a business management system, analysis of problem situations, logistics processes and quantitative research. The practical part of the work introduces the results of the research. The results. After analyzing theoretical and practical aspects of logistics warehousing, the company's warehousing processes were analyzed. The company carried out a quantitative study in which 27 respondents participated and the main problem in the storage process was identified. Suggestions / recommendations. To solve the storage problem and to improve it, it was proposed to carry out the reorganization of the warehouse, as this does not require large investments, which is quickly carried out. The work consists of 55 pages, 8 tables, 23 pictures, 35 references and sources of information, 6 appendices.	en
dc.description.abstract	Baigiamojo darbo pirmoje dalyje aptariamos logistikos, proceso ir valdymo sampratos teoriniu aspektu. Antroje dalyje aptariama bendroji informacija apie įmonę, jos istorija, vykdoma veikla, naudojama verslo valdymo sistema, logistikos procesai, atliktas probleminės situacijos kiekybinis tyrimas. Trečioje - projektinėje darbo dalyje pateikiami tyrimo rezultatai, išsiaiškinti įmonės procesų valdymo optimizavimo variantai, pasiūlymai bei rekomendacijos tobulinimui.	en_US
