dc.description	Relevance. Children spend most of their time in preschool. The children's health education program in preschool education institutions is carried out in accordance with the orders of the Minister of Health of the Republic of Lithuania and the Minister of Education and Science, which emphasize mandatory hygiene training programs and in which day care is provided by the teachers of the institutions. The goal of research: Reveal the attitude of preschool teachers of teeth hygiene habits education. Tasks of the research: 1. To discuss children teeth diseases. 2. Theoretically justify prophylaxis of mouth diseases 3. Interpret the attitude of preschool teachers of teeth hygiene habits education. Material and methods. Analysis of science literature was made in the thesis. Seeking to reveal the attitude of preschool teachers of teeth hygiene habits education. Accomplished qualitative research and the structured interview was chosen for getting data. The research was made from 4th of May 2017 until 11th of May 2018. 8 informants were participating the survey. The informants were teachers from preschool educational institutions from Panevėžys kindergartens. The structured interview was made of 8 questions which were used as a tool for the research. Results and conclusions of the research. The results obtained during the study indicate from the point of view of the educators, that despite the implementation of education and prevention programs in preschool establishments, the first role models of oral hygiene skills are parents. The opinion of the educators is that the educators are responsible of strengthening the skills acquired in the family by conducting educational activities in educational institutions. Teachers of preschool education say they do not have enough knowledge about children's oral health topics, indicating that they are lacking and would like to know more about them.	en
