Employee loyalty is one of the key factors in the success of organizations. Loyal employees are aligning their plans with the organization's plans. Loyal employees try to make the organization as successful as possible. Workers have habits that determine their loyalty to the organization. Loyalty is characterized by honesty, pursuit of common goals, and loyalty. Loyalty is an employee's commitment and job satisfaction. The main problem of the (professional BA thesis) - Frequent employee turnover in UAB “Maxima x-765” unit. It needs to be clarified what elements of loyalty and motivation promotion are not satisfied with existing employees. What kind of loyalty improvement solutions can be offered to employees UAB ”Maxima x-765”, who are loyal and professional, to remain as much as possible. The aim of the (professional BA thesis) - Find out which promotional elements determine employee loyalty in UAB “Maxima x-765”. Objectives of the (professional BA thesis): Employees of UAB “Maxima x-765”. Methods of the (professional BA thesis) – Scientific literature, scientific articles, analysis of online sources, questionnaire survey and analysis of its data. The structure – The first theoretical part of the work reveals the importance of loyalty, motivation, loyalty to organizations and the concept of factors determining employee loyalty. In the second part of the analytical part we present the characteristics of the company, the mission, vision and values of the organization, the financial indicators of UAB “Maxima x-765” unit and the change of employees from the opening of the store. It also provides a thorough choice of research methodology. The analyzed questionnaire survey and generalization of the questionnaire highlighting the weaknesses of UAB “Maxima x-765” employees loyalty The third part of the project includes suggestions for improving the weaknesses of UAB ”Maxima x-765” employees' staff loyalty. The proposed measures to improve the elements of loyalty will make it easier for them to take up a career ladder, receive greater material incentives, will be more satisfied with their workplace and will feel important. The work consists of 47 pages, 9 tables, 14 pictures, 20 references and sources of information, 1 appendices. en
dc.description.abstract Baigiamojo darbo teorinėje dalyje, remiantis moksliniais straipsniais ir moksline literatūra nagrinėjama darbuotojų lojalumo ir motyvacijos veiksniai, bei atliekama teorinė darbuotojų lojalumo analizė. Analitinėje dalyje pateikiama UAB „Maxima x-765“ padalinio charakteristika, organizacijos misija, vizija ir vertybės, padalinio finansiniai rodikliai ir darbuotojų kaita nuo parduotuvės atidarymo. Pateikiamas išsamus tyrimo metodikos pasirinkimas. Vykdoma anketinė apklausa ir anketos duomenų apibendrinimas, išryškinantis UAB „Maxima x-765“ darbuotojų lojalumo silpnąsias vietas. en_US
