During the last decades, the way in which companies have been providing their services to customers has been rapidly changed, and cooperation between companies has changed as well. Therefore, the improvement of electronic logistics services in the company is one of the most important criteria for the efficiency and advantages of providing services against other companies. The main problem of the work - changing the needs of the e-commerce market, the organization of logistics processes is changing. How should e-logistics be organized to meet business needs? The aim of the work – to analyze the needs and problems of companies providing electronic services, that uses services of shipping companies and provide e-logistics solutions for improvement of logistics services, which could be adapted to the services provided by Itella Logistics UAB. Objectives of the work: 1. To analyze theoretical aspects of logistics and e-commerce; 2. To submit the characteristics of the company “Itella Logistics“; 3. To conduct qualitative research and submit proposals for improvement of electronic logistics services at “Itella Logistics“ UAB. Methods of the work: scientific literature analysis, questionnaire survey. The structure of the work. The work consists of theoretical, analytical and practical parts. The theoretical part of the work analyzes logistics, logistics processes and e-commerce concepts. The analytical part presents the activities of “Itella Logistics“, as well as presents the research carried out and provides a systemized study results. In the practical part of the work, based on theoretical and analytical parts, provides possibilities for improvement of eletronic logistics services and suggestions in “Itella Logistics“. The work consists of 52 pages, 1 table, 21 pictures, 32 references and sources of information, 1 appendices.	en
dc.description.abstract	Baigiamąjį darbą sudaro teorinė, analitinė ir projektinė dalys. Teorinėje darbo dalyje analizuojamos logistikos, logistikos procesų bei elektroninės komercijos sampratos. Analitinėje dalyje pristatoma UAB „Itella Logistics“ įmonės veikla, taip pat pristatomas atliktas tyrimas bei pateikiami susisteminti tyrimo rezultatai. Praktinėje darbo dalyje, remiantis teorine ir analitine dalimis, pateikiamos elektroninės logistikos paslaugų tobulinimo galimybės ir siūlymai UAB „Itella Logistics“ įmonėje.	en_US
