Description of the: In the last decade, the importance and demand of the transport and logistics services sector has been rapidly increasing in Lithuania and other strongly developing countries. As a result, many enterprises that engage in these activities began to set up, thus creating not only high competition in the market, but at the same time creating higher risks and risks in the logistics process. Risk in today's life is associated with a willingness to take care of the disaster. Risks have been and are everywhere that we do. In order to properly manage and develop the company's activities, it is important to identify which part of the company's activity is at the highest risk and how to manage it. Each decision of the company determines how it will adhere to the market and will be able to meet the customer's needs. One of the most important aspects is to properly assess the company's risk management strategies, plan the company's activities and perfectly organize it. Activity analysis is a key strategy to find out the key disadvantages and benefits of measuring the risks of negative perceptions in order to reach the company's networks and to ensure safety and reliability in the transport system. Problem of work: Incorrect risk management of logistics processes reduces company's competitiveness. What are the main risks of a company in the logistics process and how they can be solved. The aim of the work: To analyze the activities of logistics processes and to determine the possibilities for improvement. Object of work: Logistics process management of the company "Auveda". Working methods: Analysis of scientific literature, qualitative interview, quantitative research, analysis of company data. The structure: The theoretical part examines the importance of transport activity in the logistics system, transport processes and their management, transport risks. In the analytical part of the work there is presented the characteristics of the company, the results of research on UAB Auveda transport activities and risk identification. The project section presents the highest risks and possible business development opportunities. Results: The company's greatest risk of loss is the choice of vehicle in the organization of cargo transportation. Suggestions: The company's risk of financial losses in the transportation process would be reduced by newly hired transport fleet. The newly hired transport fleet would ensure the company's credibility to continue to provide high-quality services. Scope of the work. The work consists of 49 page, 13 tables, 16 figures, 26 literature and other sources of information.	en
dc.description.abstract	Baigiamojo darbo teorinėje dalyje nagrinėjama transporto veiklos svarba logistikos sistemoje, transporto procesai ir jų valdymas, rizika transporte. Analitinėje darbo dalyje pateikiama įmonės charakteristika, tyrimo rezultatai apie UAB ,,Auveda” transporto veiklą ir rizikos identifikavimą.
