dc.description	Relevance of the research. The number of children with various vision impairments is increasing. For the development of these children additional requirements are set. During the development of children with vision impairment in a pre-school institution additional responsibility for the organization, application (individualization and adaptation of the aids) of development process responding to the needs and opportunities of the educatees falls on the educators. The development effect of fine arts activities is undoubted; however, development of the children with vision impairment through fine arts becomes a challenge to the educators. Problem. How to educate children with impaired vision by art. The subject of the research. The opportunities of development of the children with vision impairment through fine arts. The aim of the paper. To reveal the opportunities of development of the children with vision impairment through arts. Objectives of the paper. 1. To substantiate the opportunities of development of children with vision impairment through fine arts theoretically. 2. To reveal the opportunities of development of the children with vision impairment through fine arts in pre-school education institutions. 3. To initiate, plan and carry out an education project. Research methods: Analysis of scientific literature; written and oral questionnaire for pedagogues. Conclusions. 1. After the review of scientific literature it has appeared that children with vision impairment are confronted with various difficulties: they can suffer from psychological, social, emotional, physical development, language disorders. It is more difficult for them to participate in the activities organized in the usual way. Development through fine art is considered to be an ideal means to develop all the powers, abilities, attitudes, value orientation of a child. 2. The results of the empirical research have revealed the lack of the knowledge of pedagogues on the development effect of fine arts on the children with vision impairment. It has also become evident that certain pedagogues lack the knowledge on the effectiveness of the fine arts means for children with vision impairment. 3. Project „In the Country of Colours“ -the aim of which has been to stimulate the development of communication skills, language, sensomobility, aesthetic experience, experience/cognition with the help of fine arts activity was successfully carried out. dc.description.abstract	Temos aktualumas. Daugėja vaikų, turinčių įvairių regos sutrikimų. Šių vaikų ugdymui keliami papildomi reikalavimai. Ikimokyklinėje įstaigoje ugdant vaikus, turinčius regos sutrikimų, ugdytojams tenka papildoma atsakomybė už ugdymo proceso organizavimą, pritaikymą (individualizavimą ir priemonių adaptavimą), atliepiant ugdytinių poreikius ir galimybes. Dailės veiklų ugdomasis poveikis neabejotinas, tačiau ugdymas daile, regos sutrikimų turinčius vaikus -tampa iššūkiu ugdytojams. Problema. Kaip ugdyti daile vaikus, turinčius regos sutrikimų. Tyrimo objektas. Vaikų, turinčių regos sutrikimų ugdymo daile galimybės. Darbo tikslas. Atskleisti vaikų, turinčių regos sutrikimų, ugdymo daile galimybes. Uždaviniai. 1.Teoriškai pagrįsti vaikų, turinčių regos sutrikimų, ugdymo daile galimybes. 2. Atskleisti vaikų, turinčių regos sutrikimų, ugdymo daile galimybes ikimokyklinėse ugdymo įstaigose. 3. Inicijuoti, suplanuoti ir įgyvendinti edukacinį projektą. Metodai. Mokslinės literatūros analizė; pedagogų apklausa raštu ir žodžiu. Išvados. 1. Apžvelgus mokslinę literatūrą paaiškėjo, kad vaikai su regos sutrikimais susiduria su įvairiais sunkumais: gali sutrikti jų psichologinė, socialinė, emocinė, fizinė raida, kalba. Jiems sunkiau dalyvauti įprastai organizuojamose veiklose. Ugdymas daile laikomas idealia priemone ugdyti visas vaiko galias, gebėjimus, požiūrius, vertybinę orientaciją. 2. Empirinio tyrimo rezultai atskleidė pedagogų žinių trūkumą apie dailės ugomąjį poveikį regos sutrikimų turintiems vaikaims. Taip pat paaiškėjo, kad kai kuriems pedagogams trūksta žinių apie dailės priemonių veiksmingumą vaikams su regos sutrikimais. 3. Sėkmingai įgyvendintas projektas ,,Spalvų šalyje“, kurio tikslas - dailine veikla skatinti bendravimo įgūdžių, kalbos, sensomotorikos, estetinių potyrių, patirties/pažinimo plėtrą. Darbo struktūra. Darbo apimtis 54 puslapiai, jame pateikiama 7 lentelės, 16 paveikslų, 52 literatūros šaltiniai.	en_US
