Professional Bachelor Thesis / Scientific advisor Associated lecturer Vilija Karbauskiene, Kauno kolegija/ University of Applied Sciences, Faculty of Technologies, Catering Department. – Kaunas, 2018. Having analyzed the current event holding situation in the city of Taurage, an issue has emerged in regards to the shortage of public events, appropriate venues as wellas organizing personnel. The aim of the Bachelor thesis is to prepare the programme plan for the event "Draugo diena" („The Friend‘s Day“). Analysis of the oretical resources and a questionnaire was used to achieve the goal. In the theoretical part of the thesis following points were discussed: the course of the event planing, organising of the production activites, as wellas the selection and tunning of the special occasion menu. The study aimed to determine what kind of dishes would be desired, the theme of the festival and the type of entertainment expected. According to gathered data, 59 percent of the respondents would choose a recreational nature event. Taking into account the varying respondents‘ dish preferences, 5 different menu types have been prepared, in which various composition dishes were presented. Food preparation technologies, nutritional and energy value cards have been created, technological schemes have been drawn up. | dc.description.abstract | Išanalizavus Tauragės miesto esamą padėtį dėl renginių organizavimo, išryškėjo problema, kad Tauragėje mažai organizuojama renginių arba nėra tam tinkamų patalpų ir tai organizuojančių asmenų. Baigiamojo darbo tikslas - parengti renginio "Draugo diena" organizavimo planą. Tikslui pasiekti buvo atliekama informacijos šaltinių analizė ir anketinė apklausa. Teorinėje darbo dalyje aptariama renginio organizavimo eiga, gamybos planavimas ir organizavimas, bei patiekalų parinkimas ir derinimas proginiam valgiaraščiui. Atlikto tyrimo metu buvo aiškintasi, kokių patiekalų pageidautų renginio metu, kokio pobūdžio šventę rinktųsi bei kokių pageidautų pramogų. Remiantis apklausos duomenimis, net 59 proc. apklaustųjų rinktųsi pramoginio pobūdžio renginį. Atsižvelgiant į apklaustųjų skirtingą patiekalų poreikį, parengtas 5-ių rūšių valgiaraštis, kuriame pateikiami įvairios sudėties patiekalai.
