For each organization it is necessary, to investigate the causes for the employee changeability
which would be useful not only for the company itself, but also for specialists and employees of the company who have a sense of insecurity in the company.
The main problem of the (professional BA thesis) - In order to achieve good company performance, it is advisable to reduce personnel turnover. The question is, what kind of personnel change causes UAB Headex and how to reduce staff changes in the company?
The aim of the (professional BA thesis) – After analyzing the causes of UAB Headex personnel change, to determine the opportunities for reducing change.
Methods of the (professional BA thesis) – analysis of scientific, publicistic literature, its systematization and generalization, questionnaire survey, interviews, document analysis.
The structure – The theoretical part discusses the concept of personnel change, the importance of reducing staff changes and its impact on the company's performance, the ways and means of reducing personnel changes. The analytical part of the work presents the results of the research. Project part of the work presents possibilities for reducing employee turnover in UAB Headex.
The results/conclusions. The study revealed that UAB Headex the turnover of employees is very high and it negatively affects the workers and creates a negative image. The main causes for employee changeability are money insufficiency, constant tension at work and inadequate motivation measures.
Short suggestions/recommendations. After analyzing the causes of UAB Headex employee turnover, proposed to perform to carry out a specialists staff motivation survey with recommendations to reduce change, to organize a workshop on conflict situations and stress management for workers, to conduct anonymous surveys, to train staff selection managers, to improve the salary system.
The work consists of 52 pages, 11 tables, 11 pictures, 30 references and sources of information, 3 appendices. |
