The structure – The first chapter discusses the theoretical parts of the work. It describes the concept of image in an organization, discusses the types of images that exist, describes an organisations culture theory, describes what kind of effect reputation can have on an organisations image In the analytical part of the work, the chapter in detail analyses the questionnaire results given by its respondents. In the final chapter a project is offered how a company can increase its image. Lastly at the end of the work conclusions and recommendations are given. en
