dc.description Relevance of the topic. The term "SPA" describes the whole set of procedures and the prevailing factors such as music, smells, the general environment, procedures, contact with a specialist (Loureiro et al., 2013). These factors, influencing client’s senses, such as touch, sight, smell, hearing and taste, improve the psychological and physical health of clients (Bradford, 2017). SPA services are aimed at meeting the needs of clients for the use of spa services and aim at providing clients with physical and psychological relaxation, reducing stress, creating positive emotions and experiences (Ada Lo et al. 2015). Problematics of the study. What is kind of customers opinion about the impact of SPA services on their well-being? Research object. Customers opinion about the impact of SPA services on their wellbeing. Aim. To reveal customers opinion about the impact of SPA services on their well-being. Tasks. 1. Describe the concept of provided spa services. 2. To reveal the needs of clients and the impact of spa services. 3. Identify the customers' opinion about the impact of spa services on their well-being. Methods of the research and their purposes. 1. Analysis of scientific literature. 2. Qualitive research (questionnaire). 3. Statistical data analysis. Results and conclusions. The results of the research revealed that in the opinion of clients, SPA services provide a general sense of relaxation, reduce physical and psychological stress, divert attention from worries, and cause positive emotions. Scientific and professional literature analysis and the results of the research revealed that SPA services are oriented towards physical, mental wellbeing of clients. During the spa services, the prevailing factors such as music, smells, the environment, specialist service, the procedures provided have specialized effects, which are absorbed through the main senses of the customer such as, touch, sight, hearing, smell, taste. With these factors, customers are provided with physical and psychological relaxation, tense decrease, the creation of positive emotions and experiences. en
dc.description.abstract Pirmoje dalyje teoriškai aptariama SPA paslaugų samprata, SPA paslaugų klasifikacija ir atskleidžiami pagrindiniai klientų poreikiai naudojantis SPA paslaugomis. Antroje dalyje apžvelgiama SPA teikiamų paslaugų įtaka klientų savijautai, remiantis naudojamaisiais SPA veiksniais, kurie stimuliuoja klientų jutimus. Trečioji dalis, tyrimo duomenų analizė, kurios tikslas yra atskleisti klientų nuomonę apie SPA paslaugų poveikį jų savijautai. en_US
