dc.description	Relevance of the topic. Juvenile acne is a chronic, inflammatory skin problem that is most common in adolescence. When faced with this problem, skin care and the choice of cosmetics and procedures are becoming extremely important. Several major residual effects after inflammatory acne are hyperpigmentation and scars of varying depth (Abad ‐ Casintahan et al., 2016). An international group of dermatologists has evaluated the frequency and characteristics of inflammatory hyperpigmentation. The results show that even 58, 2 percent people with juvenile acne experience hyperpigmentation, which often bothers people more than acne itself (Abad ‐ Casintahan et al., 2016). Meanwhile, millions of individuals need specialist‘s help every year for scars left by inflammatory acne. Such people face not only aesthetic but also psychological and social problems due to scarring of the skin (Sitohang, Sirait, and Suryanegara, 2021). In order to solve the aesthetic problems of the skin that have plagued people for decades - residual phenomena, beauty and health specialists have tried various methods: hardware, clinical procedures (Khalid et al., 2019). Knowledge about the correction of residual phenomena is expanding every year, therefore not only the methodologies for performing procedures are improved, but also skin lightening cosmetics are developed (Hollinger et al., 2018). Research problem. What is the knowledge about the effect of cosmetic procedures on the reduction of residual phenomena in juvenile acne? Research object. Knowledge about the effect of cosmetic procedures on the reduction of residual phenomena in juvenile acne. The aim. To reveal the knowledge about the effect of cosmetic procedures on the reduction of residual phenomena in juvenile acne. Research tasks: 1. Describe juvenile acne and residual phenomena of juvenile acne. 2. To theoretically substantiate the effect of cosmetic procedures on the reduction of residual phenomena in juvenile acne. 3. To determine the knowledge of cosmetologists about the effects of cosmetic procedures to reduce the residual phenomena of juvenile acne. Research methods: 1. Analysis of scientific and professional literature. 2. Online survey. 3. Graphical data analysis. Subjects. The study involved 50 beauticians. The main results of the empirical research. Most of the respondents in the survey have less than 5 years of experience. Assessing their knowledge about the effects of cosmetic procedures on reducing the residual phenomena of juvenile acne, it can be stated that the respondents have a lot of knowledge about clinical and hardware procedures, their contraindications, and the active substances used to reduce the residual phenomena after juvenile acne.	en_US
dc.description.abstract	Temos aktualumas. Jaunatviniai spuogai - tai lėtinė, uždegiminė, dažniausia apsilankymų pas specialistus priežastis – odos problema, su kuria ypač susiduriama paauglystėje. Susidūrus su tokia problema, odos priežiūra ir kosmetinių priemonių bei atliekamų procedūrų pasirinkimas tampa itin svarbus. Keli pagrindiniai liekamieji reiškiniai po uždegiminių spuogų yra hiperpigmentacija ir įvairaus gylio randai (Abad‐Casintahan ir kt.,2016). Tarptautinė dermatologų grupė įvertino uždegiminės hiperpigmentacijos dažnį bei savybes. Rezultatai įrodo, jog net 58, 2 proc. žmonių, turėjusių jaunatvinius spuogus susiduria su hiperpigmentacija, kuri dažnai vargina žmones labiau nei patys spuogai (Abad‐Casintahan ir kt.,2016). Tuo tarpu, kasmet milijonams asmenų prireikia specialistų pagalbos dėl atsiradusių randų, likusių po uždegiminių spuogų. Tokie žmonės susiduria ne tik su estetinėmis, bet ir psichologinėmis ir socialinėmis problemomis dėl atsiradusių randų odoje (Sitohang, Sirait ir Suryanegara, 2021). Siekiant išspręsti dešimtmečius žmones kankinančias odos estetines problemas – liekamuosius reiškinius, grožio ir sveikatos specialistai išbandė įvairių būdų: aparatines, klinikines procedūras (Khalid ir kt., 2019). Žinios apie liekamųjų reiškinių koregavimą plečiasi kas met, todėl ne tik tobulinamos procedūrų atlikimo metodikos, bet ir kuriamos odą šviesinančios kosmetinės priemonės (Hollinger ir kt., 2018). Tyrimo problema. Kokios kosmetologų žinios apie kosmetinių procedūrų poveikį jaunatvinių spuogų liekamųjų reiškinių mažinimui? Tyrimo objektas. Kosmetologų žinios apie kosmetinių procedūrų poveikį jaunatvinių spuogų liekamųjų reiškinių mažinimui. Tyrimo tikslas. Atskleisti kosmetologų žinias, apie kosmetinių procedūrų poveikį jaunatvinių spuogų liekamųjų reiškinių mažinimui. Tyrimo uždaviniai: 1. Aprašyti jaunatvinius spuogus ir jaunatvinių spuogų liekamuosius reiškinius. 2. Teoriškai pagrįsti, kosmetinių procedūrų poveikį jaunatvinių spuogų liekamųjų reiškinių mažinimui. 3. Nustatyti kosmetologų žinias, apie kosmetinių procedūrų poveikį, siekiant sumažinti jaunatvinių spuogų liekamuosius reiškinius. Tyrimo metodai: 1. Mokslinės ir profesinės literatūros analizė. 2. Internetinė apklausa. 3. Grafinė duomenų analizė. Tiriamieji. Tyrime dalyvavo 50 kosmetologų. Pagrindiniai empirinio tyrimo rezultatai. Daugumos tyrime dalyvavusių respondentų darbo stažas yra mažesnis nei 5 metai. Įvertinus jų žinias apie kosmetinių procedūrų mažinančių jaunatvinių spuogų liekamuosius reiškinius poveikį galima teigti, jog respondentai turi daug žinių apie klinikines ir aparatines procedūras, jų kontraindikacijas, bei aktyvias medžiagas naudojamas liekamųjų reiškinių po jaunatvinių spuogų mažinimui.	en_US
